Sony Ericsson Xperia Duo with Dual Core Processor in September

According to the source IT168, the Sony Ericsson Xperia Duo uses the chipset NovaThor A9500 , which combines a pair of core Cortex A9 with the Mali-400 GPU. Basically we have a similar Samsung i9100 Galaxy S II, only this time the CPU clock is even higher.

Other rumors say that Xperia Duo will be provided with the Qualcomm MSM8260 chipset Snapdragon, which feeds the same HTC Sensation. Interesting to note is how this overclocked version of one of the two chipsets are currently available (and more powerful in the mobile world) is not all that the Duo is able to offer.

The Gingerbread Android operating system should be in version 2.3, run on a 4.5-inch QHD schemro with Bravia Engine Mobile. The list of features continues with the presence of a 12 megapixel camera and a battery of 2500 mAh.

Still nothing official, as you can imagine, and it is too early to talk about release dates or prices likely because the Sony Ericsson Xperia Duo should be officially presented during the month of September.
