ARCHOS FEATURES 5 NEW TABLET WITH ANDROID HONEYCOMB

Soon will begin the presale of the new family tablets Android from Archos: announced to the public on 23 June and advertised in the weeks following, the various models of the Archos G9 can be pre-ordered from Tuesday, September 20.

Will be available five variants: three tablets present a more compact 8-inch display while the other two will be equipped with a widescreen 10.1-inch multi-touch capacitive.

The processor will be mounted on a dual-core terminals with frequency ranging from 1 to 1.5 GHz, while the version of Android will be installed on the terminals 3.2, Honeycomb. All models are compatible with Adobe Flash 10.3.


All five tablets can fish from the sea of ​​applications from the Android Market, and made ​​available to mount from the moment of sale signed apps like Google video chat with Gtalk, Gmail, YouTube, Google Maps with Street View and Navigation (beta) Calendar.


Prices and availability - The tablet will be cheaper than the Archos 80 series G9 8 GB which can be purchased at $ 299, while the 16 GB version will cost $ 329. Archos 101 16 GB instead G9 will retail for $ 399.

Definitely more capacious the other two tablets of 250 GB, respectively distributed to 369 (8-inch screen) and $ 469 (10.1-inch display).
