Sharp Galapagos A01SH: 7 Inches With Android 3.2

Sharp Galapagos A01SH is the trading name of a new 7-inch tablet developed by the Japanese and is intended, at least initially, the Japanese market. Based on the operating system Android 3.2, the tablet Galapagos, we had met some time ago in the laboratories of the U.S. FCC, it features a Tegra system-on-Chip Tegra 2 Dual Core  1GHz, made by nVidia. The system memory is 1 GB to 8 GB flanked internal storage expandable in the usual ways (slot for microSD memory card).
The new Galapagos A01SH is equipped with an LED touch screen display 1,024 x 600 pixel resolution through which to view their own content and interact with the operating system and its user interface. Through a microUSB connector is easy to upload files to a personal computer, for example, or transfer your favorite pictures. To connect the tablet to an external television, even in high definition, you can use the door microHDMI in the Galapagos is provided.
The Sharp's new tablet, which measures 195 x 122 x 11.9 - 12.6 mm and a weight that is around 390 grams, has a Bluetooth module through which it becomes easier to exchange content with compatible devices. The 802.11b/g/n WiFi module, however, allows connection to any wireless networks in the immediate vicinity of the device. Complete the endowment, a pair of integrated cameras 2 and 5 megapixels. Aesthetically speaking, the Galapagos shows a tablet rather clean and simple design, with square shapes but not drastic, all seasoned with a refined and elegant black color as background to the device.

Currently there are no official information about the launch price of the tablet or the availability outside of Japan. Such information may be released by the company during the next few weeks.
