Lenovo LePad A1-07 available in China

Already seen in laboratories FCC last month, Lenovo LePad A1-07 is a tablet with a 7-inch diagonal. Compared to 10-inch, Lenovo plans are more modest: in fact, when it comes to marketing for China alone, while there are no indications about its availability, even in the future, for other markets. The hardware platform is different and instead of Qualcomm's Snapdragon 1.2 GHz we find a Texas Instruments OMAP3622 1 GHz

It seems that Lenovo's intentions are to produce a tablet cheaper, more suitable for a young market, and expanding technology-hungry Chinese who do not like the other more mature and demanding as those European and American. The tablet has a 7 inch display with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels, high enough that if we often encountered tablet of 10 inches, but beyond this characteristic of the rest of the hardware configuration is smaller than the average solutions today.

We find 512 MB of RAM, 16 GB of storage space, front and rear camera, microUSB port, and MicroSD memory slot. To confirm the vocation of this tablet are also operating system Google Android 2.3 Gingerbread, instead of the newer Honeycomb 3.2, developed specifically for the tablet. Lenovo LePad A1-07 is available in China at a price equal to about $ 390.
