PadFone: Asus's New Tablet Hybrid Phone


Asustek, a Taiwanese PC vendor that we all know as Asus, has submitted an registration application for PadFone at the U.S. Patent Office. This application goes back four days ago, as is clear from the survey carried out by pocketnow, and do not deserve all the attention it is receiving if the producer had not fueled the curiosity of the hi-tech enthusiasts with substantial injections of rumors what has been called the "Teaser Week". 

In May 23, Asus is launching the "week of the preview" (a preview of the innovations that will launch May 30 at Computex Taipei 2011), showing fragments of a new tablet. The hypothesis is that it may be a new convertible tablet that can be combined with a smartphone.
